Terms of Use

I'm a firm believer in that less is more, so I only have a few rules that I'd like you to follow. UPDATED 1 AUGUST 2006

#1 - Do not hotlink these graphics. They are on my server and therefore use my bandwidth which I pay for. Do not link to the graphics.

#2 - Under no circumstances are you to claim the tags as your own. I make these tags, either with line art or tutorials or tubes from my memberships or my own lines. A lot of time and energy and love goes into making them.

#2A - None of my graphics are ever to be included in an AS-IS situation. If you offer such thing on your site, you are not allowed to use my graphics as any part of it.

#3 - Do not open the sig in a graphics editing program. If you're interested in how something is shaded, ask me. Chances are I'll be more than happy to help you out..

#4 - You *may* use the tags to decorate your emails, website or on forums. All I ask for is a simple link back as credit for making the tag.

#5 - All sales are final. No refunds will be issued to you unless I have made a mistake in the spelling of a name or hair color. I'm sorry to have to add this one, but due to a few people asking for refunds after a few siggie orders, I have no way of knowing if my graphic is used. This rule applies to the main portion of Sig Tags Galore as well as Sig - A - Day, STG Lines, and Sig Addicts.
