Terms of Use
These terms are a legally binding agreement.

1.) Upon entering the Member Area, you forefeit all rights to a refund. This is for my protection as well as yours.
2.) You may create graphics, such as sig tags, premades, stationary, websets, etc. for sale, either forum money or for a profit with my outlines and tutorials.
3.) You may tube any colored in graphics. The only stipulation is that they must be colored in. They can be offered behind your member area. They can be offered in collections of graphics.
#3A - None of my graphics are ever to be included in an AS-IS situation. You are not allowed to offer my line arts as they are. You are not allowed to use the tubes found in this member area as part of the AS-IS License. If you offer such thing {AS-IS License} on your site, you are not allowed to use my graphics as any part of it. I will never allow my graphics to be part of an AS-IS license, nor a re-sell license. You cannot change my pixels/tubes/graphics/layouts and claim them as your own and include them for sale with an AS-IS. If I see this from any one, you will be removed from my member area.
4.) You are not allowed to sell the outlines as they are, nor are you allowed to give away the outlines as is. They must be colored in first.
5.) You may create embroidery patterns, cross stitch patterns, etc for personal use only without purchasing a licence. Should you wish to sell anything embroidered, or cross stitched, etc. for a profit, a licence must be purchased.
6.) I do not require a username and password to your membership area if you have one. I work on the trust in your fellow person theory. Should you wish to provide me with access, that is your choice, I will never ask for it.
7.) All membership logos must be placed on a membership page within 2 weeks of joining up. You have the option of using the Logo sent to you with your welcome Email, or one of the others found on my site.
8.) You may continue to use my outlines, tutorials and graphics after your membership expires provided that you still have a logo up on your site.
9.) Have fun and enjoy the membership area.
