Terms of Use
1.
Under no circumstances are you allowed to make line art or tutorials from the graphics inside the membership area. You are also not allowed to print, craft or digitize. No Exceptions!
2.
You must credit Just Tube It! on a membership page. Logos are provided in the membership area. Text links area also acceptable.
3.
You must have a No Right Click, Disable Image Toolbar and No Drag scrips on your website.
4.
You are not allowed to resize or recolor the tubes. If you would like a different color, just ask.
5.
You may not offer the tubes as they are in your membership area. Nor are you allowed to offer these tubes as they are on your site or sell them in Tube Packs. You *may* make something with them and then offer them in your membership area.
#5A - None of my graphics are ever to be included in an AS-IS situation. You are not allowed to use the tubes found in this member area as part of the AS-IS License. If you offer such thing {AS-IS License} on your site, you are not allowed to use my graphics as any part of it. I will never allow my graphics to be part of an AS-IS license, nor a re-sell license. You cannot change my tubes and claim them as your own and include them for sale with an AS-IS. If I see this from any one, you will be removed from my member area.

You may not take these tubes and offer tube packs with them. Nor are you allowed to put them on a CD or add them to any collections.
7.
You must add more than just text to the tube. Be creative by adding another graphic or two. Make it "yours."
8.
Once I send you all log in information no refunds will be given. This is for your protection as well as mine, and the creators of all the original line arts.
9.
After your membership expires you may continue to use the tubes as long as your membershp logo remains on your site. If you logo comes down, then all creations made with these tubes also come down. You may choose to use a text link instead of a graphical link.
10.
If at any time I catch someone (with vaild proof) that you are not abiding my my terms of use, your membership will be terminated, you will be asked to remove all creations from your site, and if need be, appropriate legal action will be taken.
